 If you are looking for a price quote for a miniature medal set or for a large medal set mounting, please place your order by using your branch of service link below and we will provide you a price quote via email.  Our medals page may be used for price review but we are experiencing problems with the medals page and cannot receive web price quote requests at this time.  We appreciate and thank you for your patience.

To make your experience with Military Image Maker easier, please read through this home page for an overview of pricing details and what to expect when you place your price quote (tentative order) request.  Please note we can only provide you with a price quote if you provide an email address and state side phone number.  We prefer email as this allows us to track where our orders are and it provides you with a hard copy price quote and ribbon/medal list which you can review for accuracy.  Our sets are permanently mounted and corrections to the finished product can be costly.  We want to get it right the first time.
We are currently working at a 2 week turn around time from when an order is confirmed.  If you need your order sooner, please call us directly at 423-733-1330.  We can usually work with you without affecting our turn around time for our customers.  We often work after normal duty hours to work with our customer short notice needs.

We are a small home based business and at this time cannot stock all 50 state ANG ribbons/devices and do not have any Hereditary Medals or CAP ribbons/devices currently in stock.  However, we can still custom mount your ribbon sets if you would like to mail in your ANG/CAP/Hereditary medals or ribbons and unique devices to our Tennessee address reflected below.  The cost would be $3.35 per mini medal; $4.45 for large, $1.50 for regular size ribbons and $1.80 for ribbons w/frames (we only stock GOLD frames so if your need silver; please include it in your shipment to us).  Remounting unique devices is $ .25 per device unit. 

We also mount HEREDITARY/GENEALOGY SOCIETY medals but do not stock any of these beautiful and unique medals.  If you mail your Hereditary Society Medals in for remounting; PLEASE be sure to insure them for replacement value as we would not be able to replace these for you should they be lost in shipment.  Be sure to include your contact information so that we can contact you to discuss your unique mounting needs and any specifics pertaining to your order.  We try hard to keep up with our website, but getting out our orders is our priority.  If you have a ribbon/medal that is not listed, please include it in the remarks section of your order.  More than likely we have it in stock but have not yet updated the website.

 If you are going to order ribbons and medals, you can place a ribbon order and indicate in the remarks section that you wish to order medals.  We will respond with a price quote for both.  For informational purposes, the majority of our mini medals run $10.00 each.

All you need to do is check the box above the award authorized to you - don't forget to indicate additional awards (devices) by choosing from the drop-down menus.

Regular Size Ribbons:

$1.70 per ribbon (Few may be more)
Ribbons with Frames: $2.25 per ribbon
Regular Size Devices: $.70 per device (Few devices may be more)
AF Miniature Ribbons: $1.80 per ribbon
Miniature Devices: $.80 per device (Few devices may be more)
Miniature Medals: Prices vary (Please refer to our Medal Order Form) Prices increased effective 1 Mar 10
Customer Provided Medals (Miniature - mount with new drape) $3.35 per medal
Customer Provided Medals (Full size - mount only) $4.45 per medal (we do not stock large medals; mount customer medals only)
Customer Provided Devices (mount only): $.25 per device UNIT

Processing & Payment:

After we receive your order, you will be sent a price quote and request for confirmation email to ensure we have received your order correctly.  At this time you should review your ribbon and/or medal list to ensure EVERYTHING is correct and let us know if you wish to order or if you were looking for a price quote only.  If you wish to purchase, your order is considered "CONFIRMED" and finalized when you have verified your ribbon/medal list as correct and provided desired payment info as requested.

Until we receive a confirmation email back from you with a desired payment option, we will assume you are looking for a price quote only. 

Please note that we currently accept PayPal only for credit card orders, money orders and personal checks (Note there is a $30.00 fee; our bank charge, for any returned checks).   If you have questions concerning accepted payment options and feel you would prefer to discuss other methods, please feel free to call and speak with Trish at 423 733-1330.  Once we have finalized your order (verified the ribbon/medal list is correct and verified shipment/insurance options) we will CONFIRM your order with a link to PayPal for payment if applicable.
 
If you have replied to our confirmation request but have not heard back from us PLEASE assume we DID NOT RECEIVE your email and give us a call at
423 733-1330.  On rare occasions we will have server problems and do not receive emails.
