Trish retired from the Air Force in Nov 2000 to the hills of TN...actually tucked in a "holler" not far from the Smoky Mountains.

She has been working Military Image Maker since 1991 and loves what she does. She and her daughter Sue work the business together.

We love what we do because it allows us to work from home...and what a great location for the both of us. Sue is in Missoula MT and Trish is in Sneedville TN.

As an added note: Because of Trish's remote location we sometimes will experience phone and or electrical outages. In order to make ourselves available we have set up some chat accounts for our customer use in the case of phone outages and for our overseas customers who would like to contact us "real time." There is not much we can do when we lose electric but we have satellite internet so can still communicate via our web services when we have phone outages.

We work real hard to meet our customers' needs and often work way into the night and weekends to get your short notice ribbon orders to you without having it affect our normal turnaround time.

We like keeping things friendly as we know from our own on-line shopping experiences...it's nice sometimes to talk to a "real" person. We have met some super nice folks working this business.
